Goal: hiring 7 girls for the position of a sales manager in an online luxury perfumery store, having a nice deep voice.
Prerequisites: work experience, knowledge of the specifics of the product, the ability to work with a client online and on the phone, advising and assisting in the selection of perfumes, the ability to hear the client and help with the right choice, and conduct a dialogue.
History of cooperation: Our decision to entrust our hiring process to VIP HR has proven to be a wise one. In the past we have tried direct hiring, but we have noticed how this would require a lot of guess-work on our part, with the inevitable consequence of increasing our costs in the long run. History of cooperation: Our company has always worked on the principle of equality and openness and for a long time we were sure that we did not need a new team member, plus it seemed to be unreal to find a person with a certain set of qualities, so we divided the functionality between managers, driving ourselves into a dead end.
